yeah I accidentally bought two pearl packs and I ticketed the gm’s Asking for a refund like they tell you to ingame.  they told me to ask Microsoft for a refund THEY DIDNT TELL ME THEY WILL BAN ME IF I ASKED FOR A REFUND.  so they’re telling me I have to repurchase the item In order for them to lift the suspension on the account. And it took them so long to get back to me iv wasted my first pearl pack because they didn’t tell me I was banned I thought it was a bug and all they asked me to do was try my connection.  I’m not sure why they just can’t remove items from the accounts like every single game Alive idk???? however this is silly and frustrating to me because i know for a fact I’m not getting refunded for the wasted $20 So i called Microsoft and they said the developer put it in as a immediate ban if someone refunds an item until they repurchase it and Microsoft just found out about it a few days ago apparently a TON of people are having this problem. 

 so I’m glad I could waste $50 dollars and still not be able to play the game I paid for. I’m not at all happy about the fact I was only able to play this game for not even two weeks? And I’ve wasted my pearl pack -.- just to be forced to buy another one or else I can’t play like what kinda scam is going on here just remove the items from our accounts and let us back on.   I’ve had to send over 5 tickets to get a response and all they had to say was “I know it’s frustrating but rebuy the item in order to play” and I’m like why am I rebuying an item I didn’t want in the first place when they’re the ones who told me to ask for a refund and didn’t tell me I’d get banned.

ACCORDING TO MICROSOFT THE DEVELOPER OF THIS GAME HAS MADE IT TOWARE IF ANYTHING IS REFUNDED REGARDLESS OF HOW SMALL THE AMOUNT THE ACCOUNT WILL BE PERMANTANTLY BANNED UNTILL YOU REPURCHASE YOUR ITEMS SO IF I WAS ANY OF YOU ID ASK MICRSOFT FOR A FULL REFUND INCLUDING THE GAME BECAUSE YOULL NEVER GET YOUR ACCOUNTS BACK.  FURTHER MORE DO NOT PUT MONEY INTO THIS GAME OTHEE THAN THE $10 TO BUY IT IF YOU MUST PLAY IT, NOTHING ELSE IS WORTH THE MONEY YOU CAN GET END GAME FINISHED WITHOUT SPENDING A SINGLE  CENT OF REAL LIFE MONEY. 

 

 SINCE THE GM’s REFUSE TO TELL THE TRUTH NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO NO MATTER HOW MANY TICKETS YOU SEND IN YOUR ACCOUNT WILL NOT BE UNBANNED. 

  The item I asked for a refund on is sitting in my mailbox unused unopened and they told me I’m “using the item” which I’m not so obviously they don’t know how to delete items from peoples inventory’s and it’s just a scam according to Microsoft.

what is going on?!?

9 days now my children & i have been locked out of this game. since updating to 1.0.1.5 on the 3rd of april.

we have not returned or had anything refunded.

i feel like we have been banned, tho they have not told us so & i would have absolutely no clue as to why.

prior to 1.0.1.5 we had zero problems. since updating we have been locked out entirely.

i have literally exhausted every single option on my end, the only thing that would make any sense at this point is some extremely scummy behind the scenes stuff going on like has been highlighted in this thread.

which this thread has made abundantly clear is without a doubt going on.

get it together PA or you're about to get a class action lawsuit from a very disturbed consumer base that you are screwing over in a most heinous fashion.

Having the same problem with accidentally purchasing pearls twice. Problem is now im banned i guess. I got the refund, Ive made a ticket and talking to Microsoft now. I'll probable just ask for a total refund if not resolved and maybe play on PC

I haven't had this issue myself but a guild mate of mine has and this is total BS. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. You need to fix this guys.

SO basically that warning "when you open this item it cant be refunded" is bogus if the items you take from your mail instantly counts as claimed. This company is absolutely ridiculous and i have sent this entire thread to microsoft support as well as giving them a nice piece of my mind about how this game is treating its customers.

Hi there so when I was on holiday, my whole Xbox account was hacked and stolen. Few 100 dollers spent. 

Microsoft has since put a stop to this and refunded the funds they also refunded the 1000p box and I get the error on screen and have sent 2 tickets one almost 12 hours ago with no reply.... Any help here? Cheers

I am currently having this same issue as well. I was locked out of my account for the entirety of what I purchased the pearls for. I had 3 tickets in until they finally offered to help. My refund processed with Microsoft after explaining what happened. And now my account is suspended.

I guess they haven't fixed it.. sigh.. I'll ask them to completely delete my account. I legit have nothing on this account. I purchased and refunded because of time consumption but now I have all the time in the world.
