Okay so sent in two tickets about not getting the skyhawk pet. Even though I registered and linked back in february, I still did not recieve it after maintenance. Looking at my account on the support site it shows "other" under the region even though I set it to NA. I sent in tickets about this, but only get auto responses. How can I get help with this issue if they don't read the tickets and look in to the issue? I just want to get the issue fixed so this doesn't happen again. Is their a phone number to call to talk to a live person?
