I was farming and hit max weight, game was freezing and it froze when I went to delete luck of fortana armor, I pressed delete three times and somehow it ended up deleting my equipped TRI ULT GRUNIL chest piece. This was a really devastating end to my night, I have sent a ticket but I was hoping to get a faster solution as it sets me back... a lot..
