When trying to complete or aquire quests with Horio Tinya in Mediah I keep getting an error message saying "cannot apply item results to memory". I've tried resetting game data, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, cleared Xbox one x cache, deleted one character whos quests were affected. This is a game breaking bug because I cannot continue story quest past this point. I've tried leveling on another character and she is stuck on him as well. When trying to forfeit the quests that are bugged I get an error message saying "cannot find the quest data".
