First time doing this, bear with me. 

I farmed 3 of the Asula's Weakened Magic Belt because the item description says you can trade 3 of them for 1 of the full Asula's Crimson Eye Belt. 

I go to Yisar Pjetyo in Tarif to do the trade. He accepts the belt(s), and the image/banner pops up on my screen saying I got the full belt... But I got nothing. And I lost one of my weakened belts. I've checked my inventory thoroughly and my storage... Nada.
