During the new hot time event it says if you fish during hot time there is an increase in relic shard drops. It appears as if this isn't working. I have been fishing the entire hot time and have only gotten 1 relic shard. So hot time fishing not working?

It was very bad even before the event.
I made a ticket before the event started and I was told that everything was in order.

And now I have at most 0 - 5 relics during a night session, but i had at other events between 5-8.
