I would have submitted a ticket for this issue but the ticket system is not working for some reason. I fill out all information and it keeps telling me I have missing or inaccurate information when I don't. Anyway, this is the problem:

I have submitted a ticket for this issue already and it has not been resolved. Here is what was stated on my original ticket:

"I recently just completed the Valencia 2 quest called "Afuaru's Hobby". This quest had me steal 3 items: Jail Key from Tatar the lake keeper, Star Barnacle Ear Accessory from Oman the luxury vendor, and Decorative Matchlock from Elfa the blacksmith. I brought them all to Afuaru and completed this quest.

Not thinking, I dropped these items out of my inventory after completing the quest. I did not know I would need these items for the next quest called, "Give Me First, Then We Can Talk". I tried to steal them from the previous NPCs again and am not getting the items. I also can't restart any of the quests. I NEED THESE ITEMS! PLEASE HELP OR SEND THEM TO ME! I can't continue the story for the game without these items.

***I need the Jail Key from Tatar the lake keeper, Star Barnacle Ear Accessory from Oman the luxury vendor, and Decorative Matchlock from Elfa the blacksmith sent to me so I can complete this quest and continue the game*** "

I did receive a response from a GM that stated the following:
"Greetings and Salutations Adventurer,

I am GM Mansha of the Black Desert Xbox Team, and I am here to answer your inquiry.

We have read your ticket and understand that you have deleted the quest items for Give Me First, Then We Can Talk. We would like to advise that you take the quest again from NPC Afuaru and re-obtain the items by stealing them once more from the following NPC's:

-Lake Jail Key from Tatar the lake keeper
-Star Barnacle Ear Accessory from Oman the luxury vendor
-Decorative Matchlock from Elfa the blacksmith

We would like to remind you that the results for the "Steal" option on NPC is always by chance. We encourage you to keep trying until you succeed in stealing the quest items again.

If you have further or other concerns, inquiries, feedback or suggestions, please do not hesitate to file us another ticket.

HERE IS THE ISSUE:
I have tried what the GM said multiple times. I have tried for weeks now since this was sent to me. I have used up endless amounts of ingame energy on these NPCs to have them drop these items for me and I am just not getting it at all. So I am convinced that they do not drop them again. The 2 items I need that I dropped are the Jail Key and the Star Barnacle Ear Accessory. Turned out that I never dropped the matchlock so I do not need that one because I still have it. Is there anyway I can have these items just sent to me so I can continue my quests? Kamasylvia just released and I haven't started it yet because I really wanted to finish my Valencia quests first. Please help!
