With latest update, the loading times of NPCs options, house entrances, model skins/textures etc. have regressed to unacceptable wait times. Being on an Xbox X or installed on an external SSD drive makes little to no difference. 

some fresh optimisation is desperately required.

Hmm.. I have to say I'm surprised with this post. I bought external samsung t5 last week and I'm amazed how well the game runs on my one X now that is on the SSD. 

Have you tried uninstalling saved data? A fresh download maybe? 

Well it's not just me. All my Guildies reporting the same thing too. I could try I guess..

White Knights are why games like this just fall apart .

the lag has been getting worse for months and it will keep getting worse till PA starts spending some of their Cash shop Loot on fixing it 

Not getting paid to write this lol. I’m in kama since it launched and I’m really having good time at manshaums or ronaros ? sometimes I get “network connection is unstable” but it’s not really that bad.

Maybe you are far away from servers or just have a bad internet provider. 

Better be a white knight than QQ 24/7. 

I'm talking about towns, not Kama. Open up any CM and see how long it takes for the NPC icons to appear. Go to a stable NPC and check. Go to your residence door and see how long it takes before you can interact with it. This has increased since the Kama update. It's real.

I've also had issues with rendering since the last update. Tried all the ol' tricks to fix it, obviously something on their end. Not entirely uncommon with BDO to break something with their patch though. Especially when new content is released. Just ask the pc players.

I caint say i noticed much improvement on the one x last time i tried with the external ssd! i will try it again. But for me after this patch it definitely takes some time to load the icons when interacting with npcs.

I notice much less tearing while grinding which is really nice and my 250 gb SSD has only BDX installed. Samsung t5 ssd is considered a good hardware though so maybe speed with which it reads matters here. Grinding performance is all that matters to me and kama experience has been great so far compared to pre ssd performance
