So i made a Lahn yay finally but the dim magic noble sword upgrade quest wont appear. I just finish the dim magic armor upgrades. Its roaring now. But i need my roaring sub wep and the quest wont appear. I know it worked b4 i had roaring sub on my ranger and dk. Anyone know if its bugged or did i miss something somewhere and not remembering it?

To acquire the final upgraded version of the Dim Magical Sub-Weapon(s) you are required to complete a series of quests given to you by the Black Spirit , known as World of Enemies once that is completed you should have a new quest either in your suggested quests or directly found by conversing with the black spirit known as "A Familiar Aura". From there it is your simple everyday run-of-the-mill quest, go here talk to that one NPC of whomst name you have never given the slightest bit of your time to remember.

Ive done the questine on 2 other characters. None of those quests appeared. I think they r one and done. But on this character only the armor upgrade quest showed up. I havent  even gotten magical sub upgrade 1 yet.
