I have a friend that is trying to contact pearl abyss support and they need to know their family name and character name. She knows her family name but not her character name. And she can't just log in to check because she currently has no access to the game due to a refund she did that she has to repurchase. Is their any way I or she can find out what her character name is? We play on Xbox.
