Residences in Land of the Morning Light do not appear to have glowing carpets, so I can't visit any. Paths to them go through the roof.

I purchased lodging in Morning Light Dalbeol 1, and still can't enter. It does not appear on my residence list, even though I have a slot available.

Is this a bug, or am I missing something about the process? I'm level 60 and succeeded at several LoML tales. Using PS4.
