I stopped playing on console a little over 2 years ago and have since began to play again. I used to have my acocunts linked, but my mobile/console.bdo.com account was temporarily deactivated.
I have reactivated the account and have attemptied to re link with it, but am now being told ingame that my account does not exist. I have verified that it is indeed and account made on "https://www.console.playblackdesert.com/" and I have signed into the account on my mobile app as well. So I know it is applicable to console and that the account information is correct.
Not really sure what to do at this point... 
Any help would be appreciated.
