I wanted to purchase the 6k pearl box for extra pearls, so I went to pearl shop and loaded through there. On psn there's only one $60 pearl box, so I loaded out and back in, then out to check through psn, then loaded back in to check through game one last time. I purchased the box and didn't get extra pearls. I opened a ticket, but after some digging I found it through the playstation store on my laptop (special calpheon box)😑. Why is it not available on the playstation store through the playstation or at least the game itself?

I left the box in my mail (6k +600) hoping maybe they would reimburse me money or the pearls I purchased. 4,000+ pearls is a lot to miss out on, and while waiting I'm goin to miss all the sales. Should I just accept the box, lose ove $40 of pearls, and take advantage of some of the sales? Or should I wait to hear back?

Last note, it never said anywhere on the news page in game (sale not available on playstation or in game, must purchase through different device) that's just insane.

Edit: got a response back in just under 24hrs so that was really awesome. Was requested so I sent a screenshot of purchase, so far everything seems good. Now it's just a waiting game again. Gonna miss out on the calpheon ball pack that comes with BoK, Value, and SBoOM 30 days. If that straightens this out and I get the extra 4,000+ pearls it was supposed to come with. Then I'm not really gonna be upset over missing out on 1 sale, although that is a really good deal for only 1,620 pearls... and it comes with a 20% discount code:)
