As someone who has quite a lot of experience in Black Desert on PC, I am already fairly sure what class I will main. For anyone who has never experienced BDO before I offer a little advice when it comes to choosing which class you will main.

Use the beta to try the available classes out and find one that feels right for you, they are all quite different in many aspects, with the exception of Wizard and Witch who kinda play the same even after awakening.

When it comes to release I strongly suggest you check out some videos and guides that show how your selected class will play post awakening, BEFORE you decide to invest heavily in cash shop items that are character bound, such as weight, inv slots and costumes.

Most of the classes play quite differently once awakened, and in most cases you spend almost all your time in awakened while grinding as the damage output is so much higher than pre-awakened. Some people find that they like a class but once they get to awakened, they find the class plays differently and its not what they wanted. Ranger is a prime example of this. Many PC players hated the fact that the ranger became more of a melee class once awakened.

Anyway its just a little advice that will maybe save some of your hard earned cash in the event you might want to reroll class further down the line if you were not happy with how your class plays post awakening.
