GIVE ME A BETA CLIENT FOR PS5 VERSION 😭

The game does not run fine. I consistently crash in the double digits for siege and gvg's that scale over 50+ players. I am just tired of these GM's saying things have gotten better for performance when they have actually got a lot worse. The game in its current state should not be on market place.

In a perfect world this is what PA would be working to give us, but I'd at least like it to be more clear that they are listening to and taking the issues the console community are dealing with seriously.

Everyone needs there time off, so i hold no fault with anyone but i do find it rather tasteless that we would still get outfits for the pearls shop but as stated in the stream that is all they are able to do since that is all based on there side. As a company i would have held off even releasing that as it gives people the wrong idea even more so.

Yeah I feel it's a bold statement to say the game runs fine. I haven't even really done GvG and stuff like that to know it doesn't. Even on a PS5 the game struggles in populated areas. GMs claiming otherwise is kind of what I've been talking about, I wish we'd see PA taking accountability where they should and ensure that they'll work on bringing us a better console experience. That's what we need right now.

I'm all for this solution if it had to be done, so be it !

That is probably the only solution that will fix the problem entirely. I'm just not sure how likely it is we'll get that 😞 Hopefully if we keep on PA about these issues it will push them in a direction to give more attention the needs of the console community. I, as I'm sure many of you in this thread do as well, want to experience all the game can be. Maybe we can use this delay of the newest patch and our grievances with optimization and performance as something to really start having our voices heard 💗

Their stance on next Gen in the stream wasn't really reassuring. I get they don't want to leave people behind - and I didn't quite understand what their explanation mean when they said they couldn't do it like Destiny did - and I don't want to sound pretentious but these games rely on whales and whales already have next Gen consoles. We're really holding everyone back wasting time trying to optimize a game that isn't even worth wasting the time to optimize. 

It feels to me like there's some kind of red tape or contractual obligation stipulated by Sony preventing them from dropping support of the PS4 slim.

I don't know though. Even FFXIV did the same thing when they dropped PS3

If people are having trouble with what we have now (see complaints in this thread) I fail to see how adding more ram and resource sucking things would help them.   Next gen is about eye candy .. larger textures, more complex shadows and lighting.      Personally considering that according to some the next gen consoles dont run what we have now well and it takes less resources .. i fail to see how making the game more resource intensive will solve anything.     

Personally since a great many console players are not able to render the various costumes etc we have now (old consoles that is disabled) and we have people complain about lag in the node war battles (myself not noticed any major lag.. a hiccup once and awhile but nothing that likely wouldn't happen on pc on the rare occassion) adding even bigger textures and more more mmore to hog more resources wont be solving anything.    It wont improve the game, it wont fix anything.  It seems like it would be a giant expensive waste of time.  Everyone would have to turn it off when doing battles etc anyhow.. and when i do the boss fights I turn off everyone else so i dont have performance issues in me next gen console.   

I definitely see where you're coming from, but speaking for myself, when I say "next gen version" I'm thinking more a version built around these consoles and optimized for performance on them. I don't need the game to look any better than it does, when it's running fine on my console it looks gorgeous. I'm just hoping for a build that would be optimized to run as smooth as possible.

You didnt see that because they know removing ps4 will not fix performance issues.  Yall literally said its because playstation runs on a Unix based OS if they take away the ps4 ps5 will still be running on that unix based os so they have to optimize the game so ps5 can run on that unix based os.  The unix based os worked perfectly fine when we wasnt fighting 50+ people with 120 fps and we only had 60 fps.

No day 1 of cross play we started having problems, when it was the same amount of shit we had before crossplay.  Crossplay came and fucked the game up.  The only reason they added crossplay was because bdo was dying on xbox wont nobody playing bdo on xbox.  Even xbox players say this.  A xbox player told me all the playstation players died the day of cross play

My friend who runs it on the xbox 1 sx said the game has been crashing a lot since the recent update and my other friend who is running it on the og xbox 1 can't even run the game more than 5 minutes or even get into a town without the game crashing. I'm running it it on a xbox 1 sx and i have been having more lag spikes of recent. I would like to see us get more content other than some class reworks but with the game in it's curret state i don't see us getting anything for a long time.

A gd Lie, Next Gen runs Horrible, even with series X you cant even auto loop your horse without being kicked from the servers, over and over again.

Its quite simple, a refund of the millions of dollars spent on a game they cant complete, after PROMISING to transfer ALL content with "lightning speed"  Some of us only bought the game for T10 horse. Then wasted thousands on AFTER they flat out lied, theres another company out there like the BBB, which takes action in cases like this, I say console players should utilize them. The BBB would have been taken action.

Full Refund for all xbox players,,, people need to take action, that will change things, there are bigger games on console right now. The issue is not the memory, my Series X has more memory than my laptop which runs bdo perfectly. While on Series X, you cant even auto loop your horse without being kicked off the servers, but you can sure autofish day and night. The issue is Laziness in porting the game over. Its how they utilized the memory, clearly they did not fully remake the game for console, that is the issue, these liars on here swearing up and down the game runnns perfect, are likely just paid trolls, same as you see in chat on console, there to sway the opinions of the masses, and cover up the facts. As PA drain millions out of the players who will NEVER get T10 which is probably all they ever wanted, who have the two seater skill but will never get to use it. Who wasted thousands on pearls to buy stuff with far worse deals and content than pc... dont even have the decency to give us half as many promo codes as pc. Meanwhile we on console have paid them enough to build a mansion for every worker in their offices. PA has shown complete incompetence on console and broken numerous laws that dont exist in their own country. But their are people in charge of taking action nationally for things such as these. Players taking action, trolls being quiet, paid trolls, having more honer and dignity, that is how you change things. No memory for T10, but sure had enough to add 2 new classes and a bunch of crap nobody even wants anymore. Lagging out left and right while on the so called worlds most powerful machine, with full best to date internet connection. 5G the end of lagging...they said.... they havent played bdo on console. Then if you go to pc prepare to be trolled and killed by players using constant bots so have maxed everything they have. Their fanbase is like that of dark souls, people will lie, troll, and spam you messages cursing you for days for giving a bad review. You cant even like this post anymore, it was gaining too much steam for comfort
