So I know we've all experienced this at one point or another when you're grinding or just minding your own business and just get attacked and killed for no reason. And the most in game the have for it is that their karma goes down from it which if we're being doesn't really affect them negatively if we're being honest. But if they had a bounty put on their head from doing pking and the game locks and confines them to a server until the bounty gets claimed off of them regardless if the server is currently a node war or not. And their location would be shown to all the players on the map at all times. And they get a slight debuff with movement speed and cool down for potion becomes 2 minutes cool down for them. And if they keep attacking you too much they lose the option to attack you for 2 hours because they become "ghost" like or an un/intangible object they can see but not touch
