So I've come from PC and I've been wondering on how you receive Boss Exchange Coupons / Weapon exchange coupons. Is it possible on console or is it a PC thing only?

When you mention "Boss Exchange Coupons / Weapon exchange coupons" are you referring to the exchange coupons that you obtain after completing season? If so that will be obtainable during season, which the next season will start after Wednesday's maintenance.

OK, if you mean the ones to trade weapons from one class to the other, there is no easy answer. Once or twice a year they give out a set, you can get them from shakatu seal trade ins.
Or, as the pay to win option, they occasionally appear in the pearl store at a.. Steep price. 30k pearls for a set of 3)
Given the avalibility of Narcalin and Tuvula gear, don't use it on anything other than pen boss weapons.
