So I got through my first Season when Woosa launched on console and completed everything without issues.

Season current or Season 2 for me, I made a Maegu and all was well until trying to early graduate. Followed instructions only to learn that this can only be done once per Family aka account. Once. So what is the actual point of offering the last two rewards if they can only be done once? Season [Life 101] Treant's Tear is the quest but now in a loop. Must use the Honourable Adventurer's Certificate to start and yet hgetting told- requirements not met. Since the final reward needs us to actually complete it and we can't if our season character is above 25 which to finish the list it would be as you cannot use Fuhgar's Timepiece once above level 25 at the most I believe... so you see that issue. Added to this the timepiece must be removed from your inventory to even use the Honourable Certificate; you guys must see how daft this all is. One Season char per season and it already is snookered as you must go beyond the usability of one item trying to complete all the tasks. Complicating it further is that the graduation quest itself says it can only be completed once per family. This means after you early graduate once all other Seasons you're unable to complete the full season task list. It's very frustrating as now I have to put my Maegu's stuff to keep into the bank so that June 28th when she is converted forcefully by the season closing- I can collect it all back manually.  It just may need revising guys

If I am understanding correctly you have a concern regarding "Treant's Tear" which is provided after completing [Season] [Life 101] quest series.

You can obtain it after completing the quest series as you mentioned but you also mentioned the "last two rewards", I'm not entirely sure what this is referring to. When you have a moment could you elaborate on that.

The season tasks should be able to be completed during this period as season is currently ongoing, the quest for it is available at level 60.
