I have several questions about Abyss One.
First of all, all the characters I play with are level 57 and above, even 60, in Mediah and such.
The black spirit never offered me the first quest in the series, to go see Eileen and find the well.
The first time I wanted to go see Magnus, it was with Woosa, a new character and in seasonal mode. 
Is it because of this that the occult spirit does not offer me the quest for my drakania?
Is the quest [Magnus] revelation and chest from the abyss a quest valid only once per family or does each member of this family have it. 
Because I got the chest for 1 character, but not for another.
My drakania, level 60, had her first skill. But I still don't have the quest for Magnus.

Can anybody help me ?

Otherwise, if I don't know why I can't do these quests, then this part of the game and its quests are useless and uninteresting to me.
