The problem is that after filling out everything on the SIGN UP page at www.xbox.playblackdesert.com/Member/join/, I click next and I get the message that I will not be able to modify my information after proceeding to the next step, I hit accept and NOTHING happens, I do not receive an e-mail nor does the page proceed to the next step. Is this a common issue? any suggestions?

Edit: I was able to create my account from my phone instead of my pc, I use chrome on both devices.
