How do I report a problem?

i have not missed a single world boss since the release of world boss Zarka and still have not gotten a Zarka weapon. Clearly something is wrong or glitched with my account. So if you could just send that Zarka to me threw the in game mail that would be nice. I'm sure it's not pearls fault, they would have to be monsters to just completely unreward hours of farming the boss right? Thank you.

before everyone freaks out, this is a joke. I'm not crying and I know the rng is trash beyond trash but I'm still fully loving the game ^.^
