So there has been a sort of mini leak that happened on walmart for this upcoming E3. I know its not for sure but I did not see anything pertaining to BDO.
I want to make a fun guess . BDO will not have hard copies of the game or we can expect it way later into the year.
As pertaining to the timing theory, as time goes on BDO's release is getting closer to other new AAA games.
1. New COD
2. New Battlefield
3. Borderlands 3 (Pretty much confirmed)
4. Possible Titanfall 3
5. Kingdom Hearts 3
6. Eso Summerset expansion
7. The Division 2
Etc...
Any thoughts or comments? Trying to keep forum discussion at least because its died recently.
Yeah if we don't get anything soon it might be next year honestly.
They said it's releasing this year. This Summer in fact. Perhaps earlier, or most likely later on. Thats not even all the showcase at E3, so who knows what is in store.
Personally, I think Microsoft told Walmart to leak that list, which was essentially a list of games that were already expected to be announced. BDO has already been announced so no reason to be on that list. The day before this "leak" happened, there were a gazillion articles about how Xbox is getting blown out of the water by PS and I think Microsoft just wanted to try to change the focus of the news cycle. Just my opinion...

None of those are exclusives though

No, but that's kind of irrelevant... the purpose of the leak was to change the focus of the news cycle, not to promote xbox. (This was just a crazy theory, no proof or evidence of any type)

Ohhh. I get what you said now
Bdo is coming this year. Youll see it very soon. It wont be advertised by anyone other then Peral Abyss or Microsoft as its an id@xbox game. Also if it was advertised, theyd have the info deleted almost instantly. Yesterday someone leaked patch notes and within hours PA had them scrubbed from websites in 4 different languages other then screenies.
I waited 13 years for kingdom hearts 3, seen scalebound canceled, and seen an already done fable mmo be scrapped. Anythings possible.
Honest question, with how fast The Division fell off, is anyone actually excited about a second one? If so, why?
The Division actually never really grabbed be even during the closed Beta and open Beta I played. So whats the big draw here?

Think people hoped the devs learned a lesson. I loved the beta's but ended getting bored with the game after a month or 2 but I have friends that still play it. I've been back a few times since and the game is much better but still need people to play with imo. I'm not holding my breath or pre-ordering Division 2. Gonna wait to see reviews this time.

I was playing for the first weeks and completing everything but honestly it was just a big glitch fest after every update and it got boring. + They had two season passes if I remember correctly. Like wtf...
Division 2 has the potential, but it is from Ubisoft...
i was thinking about buying either the division or destiny
the division had bad reviews back then and it seemed that destiny was the better choice.
both games were polished in the latest updates and were both rather good games. i enjoyed destiny a lot but i keep thinking i missed out on the division.
NOW that destiny 2 is a **** fest im excited about what the division 2 has to offer. i might buy it but once BDO is out is bb life.

I hope Division 2 is good, thats a game I could get behind. Though I for sure wont purchase until I hear reviews a month or so after release.
I also heard the first Division had pretty much no end game, so thats a bit concerning.

It was just another money grab by Ubisoft. They managed to get it to good state after 2 years
