Toshi has been collecting filled Marni’s Stones from Adventurers for quite some time, which has allowed him to take Marni’s research to new heights. However, Toshi is now preparing for his thesis and needs Adventurers from all over to lend their efforts so that he can graduate! 

Event Period

All regions: May 13th after the Maintenance ~ May 27th before the Maintenance

Event Details

① Purchase one of the following Marni’s Stones from Toshi:

* Please note that the [Event] Marni’s Stone (Aakman Temple) I + II and the [Event] Marni’s Stone (Hystria) I + II will be automatically removed after the event period. 

② Depending on the Marni’s Stone that you are holding, you can accept a quest called ‘[Event] Toshi’s Request’ that matches that stone. Only one quest can be accepted at a time.

③ Eliminate the monsters that will fill up the Marni’s Stone that you have for the quest. 

④ Once the Marni’s Stone is filled, give it to Toshi to complete the quest and earn [Event] Wacky Toshi’s Seal x5. 

* When you exchange Marni’s Stones for the event quest, you will also obtain the experience you would normally get from exchanging with Toshi. 

⑤ Depending on how many [Event] Wacky Toshi’s Seals you exchange with Toshi, you can get the rewards listed below. 

[Event] Advice of Destiny is a new item that gives you the chance at obtaining either Advice of Valks or the next Destiny item. 

The [Event] Remnants of Destiny can be exchanged with the following Jeweler NPCs: 

If Adventurers are lucky enough to obtain the [Event] Remnants of Destiny, the item can be exchanged for the following items: 

* During the event period, it is only possible to obtain a maximum of 3 [Event] Remnants of Destiny. Future events will allow you to earn more, so save them if you want the Advice of Valks (+50)! 

Event Notice

• Only one [Event] Toshi’s Request quests can be started and completed per day and per family. If you forfeit the quest, you can start another. 
• The quest resets everyday at the following times:
  - 5:00 PM (PDT), 1:00 AM (UTC+1), 9:00 AM (GMT+9)

• You can purchase or exchange Marni’s Stones through Wacky Toshi, whom you can find in various locations.
• Marni’s Stones can be used from Lv. 57. Please note that after Lv. 62, you will get significantly less Combat EXP from exchanging these stones. 
• Samples can only be collected for your Marni’s Stone if you get the last hit on a monster that corresponds with the Marni Stone in your inventory. 
• You must have the ‘[Event] Toshi’s Request’ quest active before turning in your completed Marni’s Stone to have the quest requirement completed. 
• Event quests and event Marni’s Stones will be removed after the event period. 
• Items given in this event may be character bound or family bound depending on the item. Please check the tool tips of the items to find out their attribution.
• Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change, modify or cancel the event depending on mitigating circumstances.

• Participating in the event using inappropriate methods will result in a cancellation or retrieval of your reward and restriction from the game.
