All Regions: After the June 10th maintenance ~ Before the July 8th maintenance

Afuaru has been trying collecting treasures for quite some time. To store his wares, he stored them in sentient chests and hid them away. Afuaru, knowing he wouldn’t remember exactly where he hid the chests, developed maps to find them. However, for some inexplicable reason, the maps that he had were all ripped and scattered across the world of Black Desert.

It will take a guild of Adventurers to find these map pieces, put them together, and find Afuaru’s Treasure Chests. It has been said that Afuaru has stored away amazing treasures, so find those chests before Afuaru retrieves all of the map pieces!

Event Details

① Complete guild missions during the event period to receive [Guild] Damaged Map Piece x20

※ [Guild] Damaged Map Pieces can be obtained through any type of guild mission (Combat, Life, Trading).

※ A Guild Master or Officer must collect the rewards from the guild mission in order to get [Guild] Damaged Map Pieces.

② Have a [Guild] Damaged Map Piece x20 to create an [Event] Restored Afuaru’s Map.

※ [Event] Restored Afuaru’s Map must be used within 7 days of it’s creation.

③ Defeat Afuaru’s Treasure Chest to randomly obtain one of the following items:

Jimmy Brooks, the famous hunter from Behr, has lived for the thrill of the hunt. He spent his entire life to hunting and earned a good amount of silver by taking down some of the world’s strongest monsters. However, while he has put his travels on hold to get some rest, Jimmy wants to encourage exceptional hunters to keep up the good work. Though he won’t rest for long, Jimmy is willing to part ways with some of his wares per day in exchange for Hunter’s Seals during this time.

While scrambling to get his treasure map pieces back, Afuaru has also carelessly dropped some Lynch Family Treasures all around the world.

Luckily, Afuaru has a lot of things he needs to recover back into his possession, so Adventurers will be able to claim these items for themselves! Weirdly, some of these treasures have been swallowed by monsters and fish, but there are treasures that can be found around the world. Find them and sell them to vendors for a healthy 500,000 silver!

During the event period, you will be able to get Lynch Family Treasures by gathering, fishing, or defeating monsters!

※  You cannot get the item from water gathering, cow milking, nor Lakiaro plants.

Event Notice:

• Afuaru’s Treasure Chest can be summoned multiple times, but each will despawn 30 minutes after the initial summon if it hasn’t been defeated.
• You will not be able to damage Afuaru’s Treasure Chest on Node War servers when Node Wars are in progress. Items will not be recovered in the event a guild summons Afuaru’s Treasure Chest in this situation.
• The [Daily Repeat] The Stern Hunter‘s Instinct and [Daily Repeat] The Simplehearted Hunter’s Tenacity quests reset at the following times:
  • 5:00 PM PDT / 1:00 AM UTC+1 / 9:00 AM GMT+9
• Items given in this event may be character bound or family bound depending on the item. Please check the tool tips of the items to find out their attribution.
