We are aware that some of our Adventurers’ names include that of the company, the game, and specific classes such as PearlAbyss, BlackDesert, and Ranger.

Although we want and love for our Adventurers to be as creative as possible when creating their names, names that contain that of the company, the game, and specific in-game classes can cause confusion for other Adventurers.

If any of the above applies to your specific character or family name, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you use the Name Change Coupon to change your name which can be found in your in-game Mail.

• Who: Adventurers with names that include the company, the game, or specific classes within the game.
• How to Change:

1. Adventurers that fit within the criteria above will receive a Name Change Coupon.

※ In the case that 2 character names have been created, Adventurer will be given 4 Character Name Change Coupons.

2. Request new name by using the Name Change Coupon
3. New name will be applied by the next maintenance.

If by chance Adventurers do not change their names before the next maintenance, Family/Character names will be temporary changed. In this case, please use the Name Change Coupon that was given to request for a new name. The new name will be applied on the next available maintenance.

We apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused and ask for your understanding.
