As revealed in the dev commentary video on Mar 28 (Thu, we're planning to consolidate individual character's life skill levels into a single Family based level during maintenance on May 14, 2024 (TUE).

With this change to a Family level system, the in-game "Life EXP Transfer Coupon" will lose its current function. Therefore, we'll be discontinuing the sale of this item during maintenance on Apr 3 (Wed). Any owned items will become unusable or unregistrable on the Central Market.

If you've purchased "Life EXP Transfer Coupons" from the Pearl Shop and haven't used them yet, you'll be able to request a refund. Upon receiving your request, we'll refund the Pearls you used to purchase the item.

■ Cancellation of Life EXP Transfer Coupon Purchase

- Application period: Apr 3, 2024 (Wed) after maintenance

- Eligible item: Life EXP Transfer Coupon (11 types)

- How to apply: 1:1 inquiry via Support

* Only Life EXP Transfer Coupons purchased from the Pearl Shop and eligible for tax exemption can be refunded.

* Life EXP Transfer Coupons that have already been used or obtained through events or login rewards, Central Market, etc., and are not eligible for tax exemption, cannot be refunded.

* Life EXP Transfer Coupons that are not eligible for tax exemption will be arranged to be exchanged in-game for Silver. Detailed information will be provided in future notices.
