Greetings, Adventurers.
As announced in our Pearl Abyss ID integration notice, starting Nov 27, 2025 (Thu), Black Desert Console website accounts will be integrated into Pearl Abyss ID.

To better protect your personal information and improve usability, we are strengthening security, streamlining low-usage features, and enhancing frequently used ones.

New Updates
For more convenient use of the website by Adventurers, certain features such as account linking, login, and sign-up will be improved.
[Account Linking (Game Platform Connection)]
| Game Platform Connection
A Game Platform Connection feature will be added to My Page, letting you link your Xbox/PlayStation Network account and Family on the website—no in-game login required. Link your platform and gameplay info to use services like coupon redemption.
The in-game account linking screen and flow will also be made more intuitive.

| Account Information
- View information about the games you’ve played with your account.
- Based on your registered region, we’ll recommend games available to you.

- Add a backup email in case you lose access to your primary email.
- Set favorite games and, if you opt in to promotional emails, receive personalized news and event alerts.
- In certain regions, you can register a mobile number to receive OTP codes via SMS or complete OTP using an authenticator app.
[Enhanced Account Security]
To protect your valuable account and game information, account security will be strengthened.
| Block Login from Unfamiliar Regions
If a login occurs from a region you haven’t used in the last 6 months, email verification will be required.
| Remote Logout
Use the Account Security Center's "Manage Login" to log out your Pearl Abyss ID remotely. Any sessions with auto-login enabled will have auto-login disabled for added safety.

- Search and view Adventurer profiles. Profiles can show basic information (Family name, Family creation date, created character list) and additional information (joined guild, Adventure Records, Life Skill info, max Gear Score). For additional information, you can manage its visibility in Family Info Privacy Settings.

The Black Desert TV page, where you can check live streams in various languages worldwide, and the official Content Creator and Apply pages will be revamped.
[Community & Website Menu Improvements]

For smoother communication, Forums in the Community menu will be removed and replaced with the official Discord channel.
On the official Discord, you can use tags, real-time notifications, voice chat, and more for richer interactions.

Registration is simplified so you can complete it on a single screen.
* Note: Because Pearl Abyss ID is a global account, we will collect region of residence. Based on your selected region, the available Black Desert Online service region will be recommended. (This is separate from Black Desert Console service operations.)

Set the profile shown when using community features on services that support Pearl Abyss ID. Depending on existing links or main-character settings, your nickname may default to "[Main Character Name]-Console." You can change your nickname and profile image on the Account Information page.
