It has already been 1 year since PlayStation 4 joined the Black Desert world, and we want to offer a chance for all adventurers to keep a special memento of their time in-game.

The GM Snapshot event will allow you to meet up with a Black Desert GM, let them take some screenshots and then we’ll send you a photo album filled with the screenshots we took. Make sure that you choose your best threads and pick the best locations!

Event Period

＊You must have your Account linked in order to participate the event.

＊If you choose not to receive any marketing information at all, you will be unable to participate.

Event Details

① Submit a personal story during the submission period for why you should be chosen for a session in the GM Snapshot Studio! 

- E.g. I’ve always admired photography. So, please take photos of my character swimming with the Cantabile outfit!  

- Adventurers can also take photos with their friends. However, only Adventurers who are selected from the event are eligible for the rewards.

＊The Submission Form is available in the following languages: English, French, German, Korean, and Japanese.

② Winners will be selected from the applicants, and we will announce them on our official website on September 4th!

③ Selected Adventurers will be sent an “Agreement for the Collection and Use of Personal Information” to their Black Desert account’s email in order to deliver the “Studio Guide” and prize. Please make sure to carefully read the contents after checking your email!

- The Agreement for the Collection and Use of Personal Information must be filled out before: September 8th 2020, 23:59 (UTC+1)

- If the agreement is not completed before this date, you may not receive the prize.

④ Adventurers who complete “Agreement for the Collection and Use of Personal Information” will receive directions about the photoshoot from the GMs 15 minutes before their photoshoot by in-game whisper. 

⑤ Say cheese~ The photoshoot will take approximately 30 minutes. (Depending on the photoshoot)

Event Rewards

* Please note that the shipment schedule may change depending on the album’s production process. We will notify you by email once the shipment is ready. 

※ Event Notices

- Please make sure to respond to the GM’s whisper 15 minutes prior to the photoshoot. If you do not respond by a given period, you may be disqualified. 

 - If you are disqualified, you will no longer be eligible to receive any rewards.

- Event winners will be announced on the official website on September 4th 2020 UTC+1 after the event period is over.

- If you submit your story with wrong Family Name, you will be disqualified.

- Pearl Abyss shall be entitled to the Secondary Copyrights of all content (screenshots, videos, etc.) submitted for the event without limitations to time and region for promotional purposes. 

- The winners will be announced through the website and email. However, this is subject to change depending on mitigating circumstances.

- The number of event winners may change depending on the number of participants.  

- Pearl Abyss may collect the personal information of the winners with their agreement/consent in order to deliver the event prizes.

- Depending on the circumstances, Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change/alter the event prizes with a prize of similar value without prior notice.

- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the event depending on circumstances. If changes are made, they can be found on this event page.

- There may be restrictions on trading/selling event items, and they may have usage expiration dates and different binding settings. These items cannot be transferred or restored due to this reason.

- Please refer to the in-game item description for details on whether the item is bound.

- Once the item has been sent and the item has been consumed, we will be unable to recover it.

- Violating any of the Terms of Service will result in a cancellation/retrieval of your reward and restriction from the game.

- Participating in the event using inappropriate methods will result in a cancellation/retrieval of your reward and restriction from the game.
