The Calphe:ON Ball is open to Black Desert fans the world over! Whether you are just waking up at Ancient Stone Chamber or exploring O’dyllita, the Calphe:ON Ball is a chance to learn about the future of Black Desert.

Building on from the ‘Heidel Ball AT HOME’ event that was broadcasted earlier in the year, we once again invite adventurers from the world over, irrespective of platform to join us. Whether you are a console player from Japan or a PC player from North America, you will find out more about the future plans of Black Desert.

And for the first time, we also welcome Black Desert Mobile to the event!

This is your chance to send us thoughts on your Adventures through Black Desert in 2020, or even what you would like to see in 2021 through the link below. We would love to hear your voice on any and all aspects of Black Desert, including game contents, events and even to the way we run your service.

Whether it’s something you want to see happen, to ideas you want to suggest to the team, things that you’ve regretted on your journeys, please let us know!

The Black Desert team really want to listen to your retrospectives of your in-game time with Black Desert during 2020, and also take your valuable input on board as we look forward to 2021.

The team will make sure to listen and read all your feedback carefully, and communicate in kind.

Adventurers can also send their messages via video, and if selected to be shown during the Black Desert PC X Mobile X Console Calphe:ON Ball, a physical rewards package will be sent to you! You do not have to film this alone – grab some friends and make a fun video that best shows off the unique personalities that you all have!

2020 has been an incredibly difficult year the world over with COVID-19 making huge changes to our daily lives, and we are incredibly thankful to those of you who have decided to spend your time with us.

Together we will say goodbye to 2020, and welcome 2021 with a new outlook.

The survey is limited to once per account and one question.

Only the first question in messages that contain more than one question will be accepted.

Messages that include profanity, racist remarks, or other inappropriate language will be excluded.

Messages that are not related to Black Desert will be excluded.

The following are included in the physical goods reward for videos that were selected to be broadcasted during the Black Desert PC X Mobile X Console Calphe:ON Ball.
