Event Details

① Create a fan-creation using Black Desert as a motif. The categories you can participate in are as below:

③ Winners for each category will be announced at the live broadcast of the [Black Desert Calphe:ON Ball].

※ Consolation prize winners will be announced on the official website after the end of the [Black Desert Calphe:ON Ball].

※ We will pick 50 Adventurers per region from everyone who participates in the [Black Desert Calphe:ON Ball] art festival to receive a Black Spirit merchandise set. 

④ The winners of the art festival will receive the following rewards:

※ Event Notices

- If you are found to have participated in the event in an inappropriate way, such as stealing another person’s work, you may be disqualified from the event, have any prizes withdrawn, and have your account restricted even after the winners announcement. (E.g. Copying something uploaded to another site.)

- The number of winners is subject to change depending on the number of participants.

- Winners will be selected from all submissions made by PC, Mobile, and Console Adventurers.

- Winners will be announced on the official website after the end of the event.

- Please note that you cannot select options such as color, etc. for merchandise/goods given for the event.

- Pearl Abyss shall receive the agreement of winners when collecting shipment information in order to deliver physical merchandise/goods.

- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change prizes with a different prize of similar value without prior notice.

- In the event the unit cost of the prize exceeds 50,000 KRW, Pearl Abyss will bear the cost of duties/taxes. If you fail to submit the documents necessary for the payment of taxes/duties, Pearl Abyss may be unable to deliver the event prizes. Pearl Abyss will contact you separately on how to submit the required documents.   

- If your account is restricted for a violation of the Operational Policy before the shipment of prizes, you may be disqualified as a winner and have any prizes withdrawn even after being selected as a winner. 

- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change, modify or cancel the event depending on mitigating circumstances. Any changes made can be found on this event page.

- Pearl Abyss shall be entitled to the copyrights of all screenshots, videos, and other derivative works submitted for this event. Pearl Abyss reserves the right to use these contents at its own discretion for advertisement purposes without restrictions to time or location

- There may be restrictions on trading/selling event items, and they may have usage expiration dates and different binding settings. These items cannot be transferred or restored due to this reason.

- Participating in the event using inappropriate methods will result in a cancellation or retrieval of your reward and restriction from the game.

- If your account is restricted for a violation of the Operational Policy before the event, you may be disqualified as a winner and have any prizes withdrawn even after being selected as a winner.
