Enter the coupon released during the Black Desert PC X Mobile X Console Calphe:ON Ball and acquire the [Event] Burning Jade Flame.

Combine the [Event] Burning Jade Flame with the [Event] Winter-Bearing Egg in your inventory to receive the ‘Young Rauno (Tier 4)’.

If there are other combinable items in your inventory, the ones that appear closer to the top take priority. Move them around and then you will be able to combine these items.
