Adventurers,

We confirmed that there was an issue where under certain circumstances, Adventurers who participated in the PNY collaboration event received more “Inventory +8 Expansion” items than was intended. The issue will be resolved during the January 20th maintenance and Adventurers who participate in the PNY collaboration event will receive the items that were intended.

For Adventurers who received an unintended amount of items through the event, the item/effects will be retrieved from Adventurers during the February 3rd Maintenance (UTC) in the following ways:

• If an Adventurer who participated in the PNY SSD package Event obtained more than the intended amount of Inventory +8 Expansion items and has used said items on the same character:

- the character who used the “Inventory +8 Expansion” items will have their inventory decreased by 8

• If an Adventurer who participated in the PNY SSD package Event obtained more than the intended amount of Inventory +8 Expansion items and has used said items on 2 different characters:

- the character who used the additional “Inventory +8 Expansion” item will have their inventory decreased by 8
- ie. If character A and B used the items where B used it after A, then character B’s inventory will be decreased by 8 slots.

• If an Adventurer who participated in the PNY SSD package Event obtained more than the intended amount of Inventory +8 Expansion items and has not used said items:

- the additional “Inventory +8 Expansion” item will be retrieved.
