- Submissions are limited to once per in-game family. If multiple submissions are sent, the latest submission will be accepted.

- Submissions that are not related to Black Desert or include profanity, racist remarks, or other inappropriate language will be excluded.

- Winners will be announced through an official website notice and will be contacted via e-mail within 2 weeks after the end of the 2021 Heidel Ball. This date may change based on mitigating circumstances.

- The Adventurers who wrote the 30 selected submissions will be sent a ‘Personal Information Collection and Use Agreement’ to the e-mail that is linked to their in-game account. Please follow the instructions detailed in the mail to fill out the agreement. If you fail to submit the agreement within the stated period, you will be disqualified as a winner.

- Pearl Abyss will receive the agreement of the winners when collecting shipment and personal information necessary to deliver physical merchandise.

- Please note that you cannot select options such as color, etc. for merchandise given for the event.

- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to the ownership of adaptation rights for all screenshots, videos, and all other content submitted for this event. Pearl Abyss may also use these contents at its own discretion for promotional purposes without limitations to time or location.

- If you participate in the event with another person’s content, you may be disqualified from receiving the event rewards.

- The number of event winners is subject to change depending on the number of participants.

- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the event depending on mitigating circumstances. If changes are made, they can be found on this event page.

- If your account is restricted from the game for violating the Terms of Service/Operational Policy before event prizes are delivered, you can be disqualified as an event winner and have any prizes withdrawn even after the winners announcement.

- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change event prizes with prizes of similar value without prior notice.
