We’re looking for Adventurers who are looking to join the online audience for the upcoming Black Desert PC x Console: CalpheON Ball! If you are able to join us on December 11th, make sure you sign up for your chance at a front row seat!

* In order to join the online audience, you’ll need a device with camera/webcam and mic capabilities and a Zoom account. * If you’re selected to join the online audience, your face and voice may be broadcast during the CalpheON Ball. * During the CalpheON Ball, there will be a session for online audience members to ask questions directly. However, not all audience members will be given a chance to ask questions due to time constraints. * In order to participate in the live audience your website and in-game accounts must be linked. |

Additional Notices
- By participating in the online audience for the Black Desert PC x Console: CalpheON Ball, your face and likeness may be displayed publicly in post-event PR content, official website, etc. If you apply to participate in this event, you will be deemed as giving your agreement/consent to the use of your portrait/publicity rights.
- The online audience will be using Zoom to participate. Instructions on how to participate and other related details will be provided separately to selected Adventurers at a later date by email.
- Only Adventurers selected for the Black Desert PC x Console: CalpheON Ball online audience will be allowed to enter. Any uninvited third parties that enter will be removed, and any removed individuals will not be allowed to re-enter.
- Account Linking is required in order to participate in the event. If your account is not linked, you may be excluded from the winners list.
- To help us ensure all Adventurers have a fair opportunity to participate, please contact Customer Support in advance instead of on the day of the event if you are unable to participate due to unavoidable circumstances.
- Adventurers selected for the online audience will be announced within 2 weeks after the sign-up period ends. However, this schedule is subject to change depending on the mitigating circumstances.
- Please note that you cannot select options such as color, etc. for merchandise given for the event.
- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change event prizes with prizes of similar value without prior notice.
- Any inappropriate behavior during the event may result in your removal.
- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the event depending on mitigating circumstances. If changes are made, they can be found on this event page.
- Participating in the event using inappropriate methods may result in a cancellation/retrieval of your reward(s) and/or restriction from the game.
- If your account is restricted from the game for violating the Terms of Service/Operational Policy before event prizes are delivered, you can be disqualified as an event winner and have any prizes withdrawn even after the winners announcement.
