Greetings, Adventurers.
Starting Nov 27, 2025 (Thu), Black Desert Console website accounts will be integrated with Pearl Abyss ID so you can manage your account more securely and conveniently.
With Pearl Abyss ID, your personal information is better protected and you can access all Pearl Abyss titles with a single login.

What is Pearl Abyss ID?
A single account you can use across all Pearl Abyss games, not just Black Desert.
Pearl Abyss ID is currently supported for Black Desert in North America, Europe, South America, Korea, Asia (SEA/Thailand), Taiwan/Hong Kong/Macau, Japan, and Turkey/MENA.
We plan to extend coverage to upcoming titles in the future.
※ Note: This does not affect Black Desert Console. You can continue playing via your Xbox or PlayStation Network account.
When does the integration take effect?
After maintenance on Nov 27, 2025 (Thu).
※ The schedule may change; if so, we will notify you through notice.
How does the integration work?
After the Nov 27 maintenance, sign in to the Black Desert Console official website and your account will be switched to Pearl Abyss ID.
If you already have a Pearl Abyss ID with the same email as your Black Desert Console website account, you’ll be asked to verify your email and set a new password to complete the integration.
Can I merge multiple console website accounts into one Pearl Abyss ID?
No. Integration is per account/email. Please sign in to each email account you own to complete integration for that account.
What happens to my existing information?
| Login information (email, password)
Your current email and password will remain unchanged.
| Game data
Your in-game information—owned characters, progression, coupon redemption history, etc.—will not be affected.
| Game–website account linking
If you've already linked your accounts, it will remain the same even after Pearl Abyss ID integration.
| Two-factor security (OTP)
Your existing two-factor (OTP) settings will remain as is.
What changes after integration?
For services linked to the console website, some features will be added or improved:
You can link accounts directly on the website.
The Black Desert TV page is being revamped, with Twitch Drops support added.
Customization Album now includes ASIA and EU regions.
OpenID options for Xbox/PlayStation, Facebook, and Google.
