There is an issue with obtaining certain items from the discounted item packages on the PlayStation Store.

The item packages which are having issues have been temporarily removed from the store and will be quickly resolved.

If you purchase a package that was not discounted the first time, you would be able to receive the items as intended.

We will provide further details as we work towards a resolution in additional notices.

The issue where Adventurers could not purchase packages after the end of the Free Play Days event period will be resolved during the maintenance scheduled on January 20^th.

After the maintenance, * Adventurers who have participated in the PlayStation Free Play Days event in North America and Asia will be able to purchase packages that include the base game at a discounted price, the same promotion price that we currently have, until before the maintenance on February 3^rd.

Packages can be purchased at a discounted price during the period below.

Sale Period (Only available on NA and ASIA servers)

NA: January 19^th 10:00 PM ~ February 2^nd 10:00 PM (PST)

ASIA: January 20^th 3:00 PM ~ February 3^rd 3:00 PM (GMT+9)

- Please note that Adventurers playing in the EU server will be able to purchase the package at a discounted price until the originally stated date/time on January 19^th.

Adventurers in all regions that have participated in the Free Play Days event through PlayStation can enjoy Black Desert until the regular maintenance on January 20th, 2021 UTC. If you would like to continue playing Black Desert after January 20th, please purchase a package that includes the base game so that you will be able to continue on with your previously-created character.
